1.1. In order to book a trip with Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd., customers must complete the booking process through our official website, authorized agents, or directly with our office.
1.2. By booking a trip, customers agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional instructions or guidelines provided by Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd.
2. Contract Formation:
2.1. A contract between the customer and Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. is formed once the booking is confirmed and the required deposit has been received.
2.2. The contract includes all individuals named in the booking and is not transferable to any other person.
3. Deposit Requirements:
3.1. To secure a booking, customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be specified during the booking process.
3.2. The deposit must be paid within the specified timeframe to confirm the reservation.
3.3. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the cancellation of the booking.

5. Last Minute Bookings:
5.1. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. accepts last-minute bookings, subject to availability.
5.2. Full payment is required for last-minute bookings made within a specified timeframe prior to the trip start date.
6. Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellation by Customers:
6.1. If customers wish to cancel their trip, they must notify Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. in writing.
6.2. The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 30 days prior to the trip start date: 20% of the total trip cost.
More than 15 days prior to the trip start date: 50% of the total trip cost.
7 days or less prior to the trip start date or no-show: No refund.
b. Cancellation by the Company:
6.3. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or modify a trip in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings.
6.4. In such cases, customers will be offered alternative trip options or a full refund of the paid amount.
7. Trip Amendment:
7.1. Customers may request amendments to their trip itinerary after the booking has been confirmed.
7.2. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, subject to availability and any applicable charges or fees.
8. Medical Condition and Special Requirements:
8.1. Customers must inform Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. in advance of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements that may affect their ability to participate in the trip.
8.2. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or limit participation based on the customer's medical condition or if the trip is deemed unsuitable for their health and safety.
9. Travel Insurance:
9.1. Customers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal liability.
9.2. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. may request proof of travel insurance prior to the trip start date.
10. Flight Delay or Change:
10.1. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred due to flight delays, cancellations, or changes.
10.2. Customers are advised to ensure their flight arrangements allow for any potential changes to the trip itinerary.
11. Paper and Documents:
11.1. Customers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, and health certificates.
11.2. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. will provide assistance and information regarding the required documents, but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance.
12. Visa and Passport:
12.1. Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas and ensuring their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the trip end date.
12.2. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for any costs or issues arising from the customer's failure to comply with visa or passport requirements.
13. Injuries and Evacuation:
13.1. Customers participate in trips at their own risk and acknowledge the inherent risks involved in adventure travel.
13.2. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. will provide reasonable assistance in the event of an injury or emergency evacuation but is not responsible for any associated costs or liabilities.
14. Service Missed or Unused:
14.1. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any unused services or portions of the trip due to customer's late arrival, early departure, or other reasons beyond the company's control.
14.2. No refunds or compensation will be provided for missed or unused services.
15. Health and Fitness:
15.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary physical fitness and health condition to participate in the chosen trip.
15.2. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. may require a medical certificate or fitness assessment in certain cases.
16. Discount Provision:
16.1. Any discounts or promotional offers provided by Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. are subject to availability, eligibility criteria, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
16.2. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
17. Supplement Charge:

23. Privacy:
23.1. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. will handle customer's personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its Privacy Policy.
24. Social Responsibility:
24.1. Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. supports and promotes social responsibility and ethical practices in its operations.
24.2. Customers are encouraged to report any concerns or violations of social responsibility standards observed during the trip.
25. Governing Law:
25.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Miracle Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. is registered.
25.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
